Since its founding, IGHL has been committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct for all personnnel employed by or associated with the Indendpendant Group Home Living Program, Inc.. That committment is demonstated by the establishment of the IGHL Compliance Program and the appointment of our Compliance Officer, Frank Lombardi.
The Compliance Program is designed to help ensure the highest quality care to people with developmental disabilties and to provide that care pursuant to the highest ethical, business, and legal standards. Those high standards apply to interactions with everyone with whom we deal.
